Consultation expertise 1) Manager: did not properly understand the procedure I asked why the procedure was possible if it seemed to have less incision than other clinics’ procedures (whether it was hand skill, the instruments used, etc.) => They only said it was just making a smaller incision, and couldn’t explain further. When I asked the same question to the doctor, they said it was because of a difference in instruments. 2) Doctor: not a specialist in plastic surgery or a related field They were kind, but when I asked because the specialist field wasn’t listed on the platform or Naver, they looked flustered and only kept repeating that it was okay because they had specialized in liposuction for 15 years.
