I had the splint removed last week. I was treated by Dr. Kim Jun-hyung, and because my hump was severe they did osteotomy, and used donor rib cartilage for the tip. Even taking the swelling into account, I already have the straight-but-slightly-raised nose I wanted, so I'm happy. I visited 10 clinics before deciding on Marble, and the consultation with the doctor who didn't push anything was the most helpful. I'll keep watching how my nose settles from here on out.
