This was my 5th revision surgery, and I had it done with costal cartilage. It’s been about 3 years now, and the swelling went down really slowly. Looking at the photos, it seems like it’s all gone now? But one side is a little crooked, which is annoying, but I can live with it. I’m sick of my nose after doing it 5 times, but as far as I’m concerned, I like it.
