They said some things could be done and some things couldn’t, but I was disappointed that they didn’t explain properly why certain things couldn’t be done. Of course I already knew some things wouldn’t be possible, but I started to wonder if there was any point in getting a consultation at all. I only saw the manager when talking about the cost.
