I came for a consultation a few months after my first surgery because I wanted to have it removed. There was no consultation with a manager, only a consultation directly with the doctor, and since this is a hospital famous for removal, they seemed to have a lot of relevant experience. Of all the places I visited, they told me about even the worst possible scenario in the most conservative way and said to just live with it if there weren't any major side effects. They seemed to have handled a lot of cases and to be professional, but they weren't the type to speak with strong certainty, so I couldn't decide.
