I went for a consultation because it's a hospital famous for noses, and the director was extremely honest and didn't recommend unnecessary surgeries, so I was honestly surprised. Usually plastic surgery clinics try to add on other things, but there was none of that here! When I said I wanted to do this surgery too, he firmly told me that it wouldn't be effective for my face! The consultation manager was kind too!
