They were kind. Since a lot of people go there, I was a little worried after seeing some recent reviews, but I booked a consultation. The wait wasn’t that long, and the manager seemed kind too… Dr. G was also kind and explained things carefully while even drawing diagrams. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that they recommended double-eyelid surgery to someone with pseudoptosis.
