I was worried that since the doctor had more experience, he might value only his own philosophy more than my needs during the consultation, but that was not the case at all. If there was a surgery he recommended that I didn't want, he actively accepted that too. I was drawn to the safety-first approach, but I wanted to do a bit on the tip of my nose. It doesn't seem like noses similar to mine improve in a way that's very noticeable, though (probably because they only use silicone and ear cartilage). I think the fact that the doctor prioritizes safety, allows a guardian to observe while looking at the nose shape, and lets you choose the silicone thickness are big advantages. If you want a place that's natural and safe, I recommend it. This was the only place where I met the director first, and the consultation manager only organized the price. I think plastic surgery consultations should be like this
