The director really seems to prioritize safety. At other clinics, most said to use septal cartilage plus ear cartilage at the tip of the nose, but here they said that if you only use ear cartilage, then if something goes wrong with the nose, it can return to the original nose. More than anything, I was very drawn to the fact that they take a plaster model and let you decide on the silicone you want during surgery. And using only ear cartilage means they don't put cotton inside the nose after surgery, which also seems like an advantage. But I'm worried because I heard that if the tip of the nose is done using only ear cartilage, it gradually droops. They said they would do a paid revision if there is inflammation.
