Review

First of all, the big merit is that when you have surgery, it's not under sleep anesthesia but under local anesthesia, so you can see the shape of your nose right after the surgery. Also, I think it's great that you can choose the silicone height yourself from 1 to 9 mm. And the fact that it is a plaster cast rhinoplasty felt very fresh to me!
