The doctor kept kind of scolding me, asking if I hadn't watched YouTube The fact that he emphasized there had been no hygiene issues or side effects was good (for people with strong nerves only). Being able to sit up in the middle of surgery, choose the silicone for the nose myself, look at it, and decide is nice. I think this will greatly reduce the chance of needing a revision because of the design, and that part gives me a lot of trust, but the reviews are either all good or all bad, so I'm skeptical..
