I ignored app reviews and came here based on community reviews and recommendations from acquaintances, and now I see why the ratings are so good. 1. They only recommended the surgeries I actually needed -> I was nervous because I’m not good at refusing, but they didn’t put excessive pressure on me, which was nice. 2. Both directors were great~ -> I tend to care about academic background, and they were from Seoul National University, plus they had a lot of surgical experience. The consultation was long and the explanations were detailed, which I liked. 3. Overall, there was nothing unpleasant? -> Honestly, I think I’m kind of sensitive, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable or annoyed by anything, and I never thought it was bad.
