I visited to consult about lower eyelid fat repositioning. The director was famous as the creator of the Zhang needles, so I met Director Jang Cheol-ho. Unlike what I expected, he recommended fat grafting instead of lower eyelid fat repositioning. He seems to be the type who clearly says whether something is needed or not. I don’t think I’ll have the surgery, but the consultation was very helpful.
