I had been deliberating in Busan about where to have surgery, then decided Seoul was the right choice, so I planned a one-day trip to Seoul and went for a consultation at a well-known clinic. Scheduling a consultation was extremely difficult; I initially booked for next year, but a spot opened up and I went earlier. 1. The explanation was very detailed, and they looked at my whole face before explaining the bridge and tip. 2. I visited because I was very concerned about my bulbous nose, but they explained in detail that it was not only a bulbous-nose problem and that the whole nose needed correction. 3. While I was consulting elsewhere, they accurately identified the points I wanted corrected and explained them with examples, which I liked. 4. I plan to pay the deposit. The reason I decided on this clinic is that, as in point 3, they already understood what I was thinking about changing and proactively explained how it would be good to operate. If I had to name a downside, scheduling a consultation is extremely difficult, and they have a strong belief that a bulbous nose requires autologous costal cartilage. But after researching, autologous costal cartilage does seem advantageous for a bulbous nose, so I would not really call it a downside; if I had to find one, that would be it.
