I went because I was considering secondary surgery, but the doctor said I didn’t need it. I brought photos, and they said my eyes already had the look I wanted and told me to go home. So there doesn’t seem to be overtreatment. The doctor seems to pursue a natural look, which may be why they said there are sometimes cases where the two eyes are asymmetrical. I went for a consultation because of asymmetry too, but they told me this degree of asymmetry could not be changed even with secondary surgery, so I only had the consultation and did not proceed. It seems like a good match for people who like a natural, understated look.
