I have visited many clinics for consultations, but this is the first time I have hesitated because the consultant’s response was unfriendly. Even when I tried to ask what I was curious about, her tone and attitude felt as if I was bothering her, so it was difficult to ask questions. I do not know whether that is simply her usual way of speaking, but from the perspective of someone who came for a consultation, it felt extremely unfriendly. In the end, I could not comfortably ask what I wanted to know and left feeling as though I had only heard the price. Because my expectations for the clinic were high, my disappointment is also great, and the consultant’s response made me wonder whether I should have surgery there at all. From the perspective of a person receiving a consultation, I wish the atmosphere made it a little easier to ask questions comfortably and receive advice.
