At the consultation, there was no sense of aggressive sales, and both the coordinator and director seemed calm.?! I liked it and decided on eyes and nose together. The eyelid line itself is fine, but because it feels deeply set, I think it looks very obvious. They recommend an upper canthoplasty for everyone, so I felt it wasn't good for eyes that don't suit that. The biggest problem was the height of my nose. At the consultation, I said I wanted about 3 mm added, but after surgery, when the splint came off, it was far too high, so I immediately asked the desk staff. They checked my chart and told me they had shaved 6 mm and inserted it. I waited six months, but even after the swelling went down, my nose remained far too high, so I eventually had it removed. During the removal consultation, I said I was upset that they had inserted it higher than what we discussed. Perhaps because they thought I might demand a refund or argue, the coordinator suddenly changed their story and said they had not inserted 6 mm. I had the silicone completely removed and now live with a lowered nasal tip.
