My arms were genuinely quite thick, so honestly, I was not even hoping for extremely thin arms from the start... lol. I just wanted them to become clearly slimmer, so I had a consultation and told the doctor to remove as much as possible within what could be done. I had the large-volume procedure, and after surgery, it really seemed like they removed the maximum amount possible. I still have swelling and they have not fully settled, but compared with before, I can already see that my arm thickness has decreased a lot haha. I especially like that the areas that used to spread outward when I lowered my arms have been reduced considerably. My upper arms were very thick to begin with lol T_T. I am satisfied because they turned out better than I expected just from becoming this much slimmer.
