The staff were extremely kind. I went in thinking I would only have nose surgery, but the manager tried to add a cheekbone reduction surgery. The director seemed to value my exact ideal look and my opinions. The consultation time was longer than at other hospitals, and they really took the time to explain things, so I had some trust. But there was a bit of pressure, which was disappointing
