I originally had a bulbous nose, but it came out naturally without that bulbous-nose look. When I had my first surgery, I used donated rib cartilage, and after about two years it was absorbed, so it sagged a bit. But the hospital still acknowledged that part and redid it with only the material cost, using costal cartilage. It's been three years since my revision surgery now, and I have no side effects, and I hear a lot that my nose is pretty. If I don't say anything, people don't even know I had nose surgery. I don't remember the surgery cost because it was so long ago, and I don't know how much it is these days.
