Here, you see the surgeon first and then have the rest of the consultation with the manager. The surgeon consultation was short, just enough to check the line and talk about the surgery method? But the manager showed me photos of their own results and photos of cases similar to mine, and it felt like they already had prepared answers for every question I asked, so my trust and liking for them suddenly went up after the consultation with the manager.
