Rather than removing it, they recommended simply refining it or doing a revision surgery. Since I was trying to address both the cosmetic aspect and the part where the tip of my nose becomes softer, the consultation ended up going in the direction of having to give up one of the two, and I actually appreciated how clearly they said it. But I guess I just want to find a clinic that will do both.
