I got a consultation for facial contouring. They recommended all three procedures, liposuction, and paranasal augmentation. I watch a lot of their YouTube videos, so I felt a kind of one-sided familiarity. They said they would remove a lot, and that because I have a lot of facial fat for my weight, they would do liposuction during the surgery. It made me think I should lose some weight myself
