I went there because I heard the consultation was thorough. The wait was a little long, but as I’d heard, the consultation was detailed and done well. The director’s explanation was also detailed, and it felt like he was trying to reflect my needs as much as possible, but the way he shaped the line didn’t quite suit me, so that’s a shame.
