First of all, all the staff were kind, and the manager who handled the consultation also gave a good atmosphere and explained well, focusing on what was actually needed. They said they don't take CT scans for a first surgery, and during the consultation with the director, they didn't unnecessarily recommend anything and didn't pressure me. They seemed to have quite a lot of expertise and pride in their medical knowledge.
