I was annoyed when I saw the front desk staff, arms crossed, telling me to go in and get the CT scan. I wasn't in a very good mood. Their expression was bad too. From there I started thinking, ah, this clinic isn't great. The consultation manager wasn't that... kind either. The only okay one was the director. They should change the staff.
