My first surgery at another hospital with natural adhesion came loose after 7 years, so I was looking into revision surgery and came here because I heard this hospital was famous online as a revision-surgery specialist. I visited four places in total including this one. At the other hospitals, everyone said an incision would be a waste and recommended a non-incision method, but only here did they recommend an incision. I was somehow captivated by the director's confident attitude, and this place felt special enough that I chose to have the surgery. Now, looking back, getting the full incision at that time was the start of a nightmare... I really, really regret it. After getting consultations at several places, I have learned the hard way that if only one place gives a different opinion, it may not be something special but simply the wrong answer. As a result, that full incision caused mucosal eversion, triangular eyes, sausage eyes, a split at the end of the line, and a sunken scar from skin excision, leaving me with extremely deformed eyes, so I had revision surgery at another hospital. I also went back to this hospital to tell them, but the director got angry, saying it turned out well and asking why I was being so sensitive, then turned around and walked off before I had even finished speaking... Of course, surgical results can differ from person to person, but I was extremely disappointed by the hospital's post-op response. I learned thanks to this hospital that besides the doctor's skill, you should also consider before surgery whether the hospital will accept the patient's opinion if the result turns out differently than expected and whether it can find a reasonable compromise. The director's attitude back then still stays with me as trauma, so now when I consider a hospital, I check the director's character first.
