You first consult with the counseling manager, and then you get a consultation with the doctor. I knew this place was more expensive than others, so the price itself wasn't that surprising, but I felt like they kept trying to make the surgery bigger. If not that, then maybe they were insisting on the surgical method they were most confident in. Either way, I felt there was a big gap between the direction I wanted and the method they wanted to use for surgery.
