My first surgery was a disaster and I had complications, so I decided to get revision surgery. The hospitals I had been visiting around that time mostly used mesh material and donated rib cartilage. I chose this place because they didn't seem to prefer those materials and seemed to do things naturally. However, this director is now at another hospital. The result, to be positive, is very natural; to put it another way, the tip of the nose is too round and the point where the tip drops is too low. Because of that, the nose looks low overall. At first, while talking with the manager, I broke down crying, and they said it was probably because of swelling and scar tissue and told me to come back later for scar-tissue shots. Then the manager quit. Even after all the swelling went down, it stayed the same.. It's ambiguous in that it's not exactly a complication, and the nose shape isn't horribly strange, but it's not pretty either. It's not the shape I wanted, and the nose is lower than after the previous surgery, so in many ways I'm upset. Years later, when I went to the hospital where the director had moved for another consultation, they said the nose had turned out very well. They said it was natural and very pretty, and that there was no scar tissue, so don't touch it anymore.. I.. don't know.. I keep wanting to get revision surgery on the tip.. And I don't know if I should be writing this, but.. when the doctor touched my nose during the consultation, there was a slight.. bad smell on his hands. When I went for the re-consultation, there was bad breath.. ㅠㅠ
