This felt more like a neighborhood dermatology clinic than a hospital. The system was not organized. Everyone from the front desk staff to the consultation staff felt terrible. Even during the consultation, I didn't feel any professionalism at all, and it was obvious they were bothered. I couldn't focus well during the whole consultation because it didn't feel private, and the director said that since he had worked in this field for a long time, he could tell what was inside just by looking at the nose without even taking a CT, which completely destroyed my trust.
