First consultation among the top 3 places for removal. No photo shooting or CT. Palpation only. Said the nose skin was hard, so it was contracture. Took notes carefully and answered every question. In the end, they didn’t recommend full removal because the nose would be lifted more, and suggested using the septum and, if needed, taking ear cartilage to support the columella. For my first surgery, they didn’t use the septum or ear cartilage, so I went thinking it was just removal, but it ended up becoming a revision surgery. The consultation with the doctor was better than with the manager!
