They do explain, but their tone feels very dismissive toward the consultant;; ㅎㅎ They ask what you think, and when the consultant speaks, they say that's not it and just keep saying their own piece.. ㅋㅋ It feels like they have their own fixed standard of beauty and don't really understand the patient's needs? It's uncomfortable to talk to them. If the consultant and the director share the same standard of beauty and goals, the surgery result would probably turn out very well. For the post-op appearance, they just said you can feel it by hand and that it would be like this.
