I went in nervous after reading a few reviews saying they were unfriendly. But they were kinder than I expected, and even when I interrupted with questions in a hurry while looking at the CT, they listened well. They’re very safety-conscious, and I obviously don’t like anything flashy, and I don’t even really like overly natural looks that much, so I liked the parts they designed for me. They also felt around my forehead, brow bone, and midface in sequence, and it seemed like they weren’t just looking at the nose but thinking about balance too, which I liked. Above all, it was great for me because I only wanted to use ear cartilage. The only downside is that it’s expensive for a first surgery, so I’m deliberating... And like other reviews said, it seems that for some parts of the surgery they only really know once they open you up during the operation, and with alar reduction too, it seems they decide how much to trim, or whether not to trim, after seeing how the nasal tip is lifted. If it weren’t for the cost, I think I would have paid on the spot.
