My friend got under-eye fat removal here and it turned out well, so I came for a consultation too. The doctor was kind and thorough in the consultation, and also did a good job identifying the causes of the fat under the eyes and dark circles. They said the surgery would involve septal reinforcement and double fixation, and during the consultation they showed before-and-after photos and explained the procedure in an easy-to-understand way. They also explained how it would improve after surgery and what happens in case of recurrence. If I do have the surgery, I want to get it done here.
