I used to think the doctor seemed a bit rude, but after going for a consultation and then reading the reviews here, I realized I wasn't the only one who thought that. I didn't get a CT scan, but they pressed on my nose and explained what was difficult, what materials would be good, and gave recommendations. They said they would do the surgery without putting me to sleep and by keeping me awake, which I liked, but the doctor probably has reasons and intentions for everything. Still, it seems like it would be hard to go against what he says and do exactly what I want. But I do think they care about safety. He has a lot of experience, so I believed that if I had surgery, he would somehow do a good job, but I was a little worried about the aftercare, so I didn't choose it.
