The doctor and the consultation manager were both very kind. The consultation was also very thorough, and they checked every little thing one by one and clearly distinguished what could and couldn't be done, which I liked. The manager also showed me various surgical cases, and since they were just everyday photos or review photos rather than the kind of typical heavily photoshopped hospital reviews, I liked that too.
