The manager wasn’t particularly friendly, but not unfriendly either, just like a tired office worker... But the important part is the doctor! The consultation was thorough, and I could tell he was conservative. He said there would be no packing inside the nose unless I was getting osteotomy, which was appealing! Since my nose is a round style with the columella area tucked in, I think taking out the columella would make it look longer. So I’m holding off. My nose is already long He said if something can’t be done, it can’t be done, so I recommend going in for a consultation.
