The fact that you can get a consultation in order of arrival without a separate reservation seemed good from the perspective of someone visiting multiple clinics. Looking at the line they drew for me, it wasn't the line I wanted, but still, compared to the place I consulted first, they communicated a little better and seemed to consider the patient more.
