I went for a nose surgery consultation, but they recommended doing the cheekbones and jaw area rather than the nose. For the nose, because the space between the eyes is narrow, they said to just raise it a little, and because it’s a bulbous nose, the consultation was about placing silicone and ear cartilage and tying it in place. For the cheekbones and jaw, they recommended surgery fixed with pins and took a CT. My jawbone is very short... I wondered whether jaw advancement surgery would even be possible... but they still recommended it, and when I asked about implants, they were against it.
