I had nose surgery 8 years ago without knowing much, and early last year I saved up money and went around consulting places until I finally had it done at Yejin Plastic Surgery. They replaced the silicone from 4 mm to 3.5 mm, and rebuilt the tip of the nose with autologous costal cartilage instead of the septum. Before surgery I heard that costal cartilage hurts and recovery is slow, so I was worried, but once I actually had it done, it was manageable, and after about a week I felt much better. The nose shape is natural and stable, so I like it. The first surgery was done without knowing much, but for the revision surgery I worried a lot more and was more scared, yet the result was good~ If you’re thinking about a natural-looking revision, Yejin seems like a good hospital.
