The director explained everything in detail. At first I did not think they were the director, not because they seemed friendly, but because I had never met anyone who explained things this thoroughly... During the procedure, they kept talking to me to help me relax, performed it comfortably, and seemed highly professional, so I trusted them. I looked up many reviews before going and felt I had made the right choice. I plan to try other Botox treatments here as well... If they are good at fillers or jaw Botox, I may try those too. The lady at the counter was a bit chic? Maybe slightly sulky, but it was okay, lol.
