My husband is a foreigner and cannot speak Korean. He wanted an Aqua Peel, so he went. I could not go because of work, so he went alone. Even though it was a walk-in, they only told him to wait without saying anything else, and he received the treatment after waiting an hour without being told how long it would take. The treatment itself was effective because of course they used the same machine, but I was upset that they made him wait indefinitely without any prior explanation. The Gangnam branch has many employees who can assist foreign customers. Would it have been so difficult to say one word that the wait would be long? According to my husband, there are two or three dermatology clinics in every building in Gangnam. He says that if he had known he would have to wait this long, he would have gone somewhere else. Honestly, Aqua Peel is not especially difficult, so I am quite disappointed.
