The consultation was long, and they explained things kindly. They tried to listen to my needs as much as possible. However, although they said I might need a little ptosis correction, they later changed their advice and said it would be better not to do it. They kept seeming dissatisfied with something but still telling me to proceed without it, so I wondered if they lacked confidence in their own judgment, and I decided not to have surgery. The eyelid line they designed also started too close to the inner corner, so it felt thick and burdensome. I recommend the consultation for a first surgery; they are kind and try to examine you in detail.
