The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and always made me feel comfortable whenever I visited. The consultation coordinator was also kind at first, but when I said I was considering revision surgery and removal because of rupture caused by capsular contracture, they seemed very frustrated and gradually became frightening😂 The surgeon's manner was kind and they seemed confident about the surgery, but they did not really explain things in much detail. I also had numbness for a year after surgery, but they kept saying it was because I was too sensitive and that it would improve with time, speaking as if it were nothing important and seeming slightly bothered, which was disappointing. Other than that, the postoperative care and consultation were very kind and good.
