I went in for a consultation with high expectations, but whether it was just me or other people too, I had a lot of questions and the explanations weren't long enough, so it didn't feel like everything was fully resolved. Since it was a revision surgery, I was hoping they would clearly identify what went wrong with the first surgery and what the improvement direction should be, but I think I was somewhat dissatisfied with that part. It wasn't that the explanations felt rude, but rather that they did explain things, just too briefly, with only the conclusion.. Personally, I value communication the most during consultations, so this was actually a more disappointing hospital after the consultation. The staff didn't give off an unfriendly feeling.
