I had forehead fat grafting 10 years ago. At the time, it was one of the hospitals famous for fat grafting. The doctor looked at my face objectively and well. It seemed like they pursued a natural look. What I still remember is that the operating room system was extremely well organized and felt safe. However, most of the fat is gone now. I think I'd be satisfied if I did the whole face, not just the forehead.
