I went for a consultation for functional/cosmetic nose surgery. First of all, the manager and all the staff were kind, And the doctor also explained things kindly. I had quite a lot of questions, but it was great that he explained each one in detail. I also asked about real-name insurance for functional surgery, and they responded kindly, which was nice.
