I had a lateral canthoplasty a few years ago, and unlike the usual swelling of the conjunctiva that often happens with lateral canthoplasty, it was clean so I was able to go straight to work, which was nice. However, it seemed like they were aiming for a natural look, so the difference before and after wasn’t very big. That part was disappointing, but I remember liking the explanations during the consultation and the manager being kind.
