The doctors are kind and explain things well. Among the managers, the short one named Yang*ㅇ was assigned to me. I visited the hospital for a consultation, but I couldn’t feel even the most basic kindness from the counseling manager. From start to finish, they kept using a tone and expression that made it seem like I was a nuisance. Every time I asked a question, they answered in a flat, lifeless way, which made me very uncomfortable. I trusted the doctor and had the surgery, but when I contacted them because I was worried about side effects or pain after surgery, the manager’s response of "can’t you even endure one or two days?" was truly hurtful. I was already worried and anxious as a patient, and there was no empathy or consideration at all. I was so disappointed by how irresponsibly they responded. When choosing a hospital, I think the consultation process matters just as much as the doctor’s skill. I never want to go back to this hospital, where they lack a sincere attitude toward patients.
