There were many reviews saying they explain things in detail, but when I had my consultation, I didn't really think so. During the consultation, they kept running out like a bumblebee, and it was confusing. They seem to have a very clear aesthetic they pursue, so if that aesthetic matches the patient, it might be okay to go ahead..? But you really need to check the reviews carefully.
